Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients
4 - 4 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese (Kroger)1 - packet Italian salad dressing mix dry (Kroger)1 - can cream of mushroom soup (Value)1/2 cup flour2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
1. Mix cream cheese, salad dressing and soup together in a mixing bowl.

2. Cover chicken with flour on both sides and fry in pan with olive oil, 2 minutes on each side.

3.Spray Pam in a 7 1/2 x 9 1/2 baking dish, add chicken and pour cream cheese mixture over the top of the chicken.

4. Bake uncovered one hour in oven @ 325 degrees.

    Chicken was so tender I kept checking to be sure it was done. I cooked at 350 for 40 minutes. Goes great with pasta. - 10/6/15
