Ingredients:1 1/2 cups Flour, white (can use less)2 tsp Baking Powder2 TBSP Granulated Sugar1/4 tsp Salt2 fresh egges1 cup Milk, 2% (Can use mild substitute such as almond milk)1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract1/4 cup melted Butter cooled
Beat eggs well. Slowly beat in melted/cooled butter. Add milk and and vanilla. Beat with fork until well mixed.
Add flour, salt mixed and baking powder. Mix well. Batter will be runny.
Bake in regular or Belgian waffle iron, medium heat until light is green.
Top with Fresh strawberries steeped in a little sugar sugar and light whipped cream. Delicious.
