Tofu Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 pkg. Tofu, firm, cut in strips1 green, 1 red, and 1 yellow sweet pepper, in strips4 cloves garlic, minced1-1/2 pkgs. mushrooms (about 15 oz.)1 bag (16 oz.) Giant Broccoli & Cauliflower 1 bag (16 oz.) Giant Italian Blend Vegs4 TB. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce4 oz. dry Dreamfields Pasta
Directions
Cook and drain Pasta
Slice peppers into strips
Heat oil in wok, add pepper strips, mince garlic over top. Stir occassionally while slicing muchrooms. Add Froz. veggies, stir occassionally for about 7 min. then add mushrooms, cook about 5 to 7 minutes more. Add soy sauce and drained pasta and stir. Heat an additional 3 minutes.

3 servings of 3 cups each.
