Bisquick Low, Low Fat Waffles

Ingredients
2 Cups Bisquick, Heart Healthy2 egg whites1 tsp vanilla1.25 cup water
Directions
Measure Bisquick in a pourable bowl or large measuring cup. Separate eggs, add whites. Add vanilla and water. Stir until well blended. Spray a hot 4/waffle iron with Pam. Waffles are done when steam stops, but I check a little before that so they are not overdone. I serve with my own blueberry sauce. This serves 6, each with two 4" waffles.
