Blueberry sauce, homemade

Ingredients
3 cups Blueberries6 pkg Truviacorn startch 1-1/2 tspCinnamonWater
Directions
Pour blueberries in small sauce pan and add water, cinnamon. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add a little water to the cornstartch in a small bowl until liquid. Pour into hot blueberries to thicken up. Serve over pancakes or waffles...Yum. Makes 6 half cup servings.

    This is a tried & true recipe sans the Truvia. I use regular sugar. I also make large batches & then freeze in pint sized containers. We thaw & enjoy as topping on brunch items (french toast, pancakes, waffles) or ice cream. - 2/13/11
