Fat Free Dumplings

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour2 1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt1 1/3 cup skim milk3 cups water1 1/2 - 3 tsp bouillon
Directions
1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Pour in milk. Mix with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
3. Bring water to a boil. Add bouillon.
4. Drop dumplings by tablespoonfuls into boiling broth. It should be about 12 generously sized dumplings.
5. Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Do not remove lid during the 12 minutes.
6. Remove dumpings from broth and top with chicken and gravy.

Makes 6 2-dumpling servings.
