Lean Nacho Casserole

Ingredients
1 medium chopped onion1 clove garlic, minced1lb ground turkey1 15oz can tomato sauce1 pkg taco seasoning1/4 cup dry white wine3/4 lb mozzarella cheese, grated1 small can slices olives
Directions
In large skillet saute onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add ground chicken and cook until crumbly and lightly browned. Drain. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Add wine and simmer another 5 minutes. Spread refried beans in the bottom of an 9 X 13 pan. Cover with turkey mixture. Top with cheese and olives. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve with chips or tortillas. Makes 8 servings.
