Healthy Mexican Layer Dip

Ingredients
2 Cans Black beans, undrained2 Avocados, skinned and seeded1 c. Salsa1 c. Light Sour Cream1/2 c. Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 Tomato, diced1 slice onion or green onion, diced (optional)Garlic Powder, to taste
Directions
1. Blend black beans in blender or food processor with a dash of garlic powder.
2. Blend 2 avocados with 1/4-1/2 c. salsa in blender.
3. Layer ingredients in pan and serve.
