Ham and pineapple loaf

Loaf:2/3 cup chopped pineapple12 onces of chopped ham1 egg2/3 cup panko, bread crumbs or even couscous or rice (what you have on hand)2/3 cup milkSauce:1 tsp dried mustard1/2 cup brown sugar2 Tbsp white vinegardash of Pepper
Put the pineapples on the bottom of a bread pan. In another bowl, mix together the ham, egg, panko, other bread crumbs or even couscous (that's what i had), milk and pepper. Put on the pineapples.
Mix together the brown sugar, dried mustard and the vinegar and put on the ham loaf.
Cook at 350°for 30 minutes if the ham is already cooked or 60 minutes if the ham is raw.
