Gooseberry Patch Cranberry Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/8 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked1/2 t baking soda1/2 t salt1/3 cup brown sugar1/3 cup white sugar12 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup white chocolate chips1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup softened butter1 egg1 t vanillaMix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, egg and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes or until the edges turn golden. Cool on wire racks. Makes 2-3 dozen depending on the size of your drops!
