Ingredients
Cream Cheese, 1 package, small (3 oz) (remove)Basil, 30 leaves (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)*Pine Nuts, .25 cup (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Spaghetti, dry, unenriched, 24 oz (remove)*Mussels, 32 oz (remove)Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz (remove)Scallops, raw, 16 oz (remove)Olive Oil, .75 cup (remove)
Directions
add all ingredients except pasta and shrimp/shellfish to blender. Boil pasta and when nearly done take around 1 cup -1.5 cup of boiling water and add to blender. Blend all. Add shellfish/ shrimp to boiling pasta until shrimp turn pink and mussels open. drain pasta and shellfish. toss with sauce and serve. Makes 15-20 servings depending on how high you fill the plate.
