Directions
Cook ground beef while seasoning with chopped garlic cloves, onion powder, and red pepper. Drain. Also warm up refried beans. I add a little bit of water so the beans are not so hard to spread. Empty can of enchilada sauce in a shallow dish or bowl. In an 9X11 inch pan or glass dish, soak corn tortillas with enchilada sauce and place four of them on the bottom of the pan. Layer with beans and cheese. Then layer again with four soaked corn tortillas, ground beef and cheese. Finish off with soaked corn tortillas and cheese. Bake in over at 425 for 15 minutes.
