1/4 cup of veganaise2 TBSP of apple cider vinegar2 TBSP of lemon juice1 tsp sugarpinch of dilldash of pepper3 cups of thinly sliced cabbage1 medium carrot, shredded
Slice the cabbage and shred the carrot, then set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Add the cabbage and carrot, and toss to coat. Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.
