Organic Natural Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
Cookies:1 Cup of Earth Balance Soy Free Butter1 Cup of Agave Nectar (light)2 Eggs1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla2 3/4 Cups of Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1/4 teaspoon SaltGlaze topping:1 Egg White1 tsp Cane sugar1/4 Cup of Mixed Berries Blended
Directions
Blend butter, 2 eggs, Agave Nectar, and vanilla until smooth. Add in salt and whole wheat flour. Roll dough into a large ball and cover it with saran wrap. Place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

Pull dough out and roll them out about 1/2 inch thick. Cut shapes and place shapes onto a greased cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Make topping by mixing egg white and cane sugar. Blend your fruit until smooth and add to egg white mixture. Then paint your shapes with mixture. Put into oven and cook for 8 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy!

Depending on the size of your shapes. You can get anywhere from 28-40 cookies.
