Classic Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Each Organic Green and Organic Red pepper Chopped1/2 Organic Red Onion1 Small Organic Jalapeno Pepper Finely Chopped1/2 Cup Organic Cilantro Finely Chopped1 1/2 Cups Organic Crushed Canned Tomatoes1 Clove Organic Garlic Finely Chopped2 Tsp Tabasco Sauce1 Tbsp Olive OilJuice of a Whole Organic Fresh Lemon1/4 Tsp Garlic PowderAs much as desired of Salt & Pepper
Directions
Chop up all ingredients VERY FINELY. After chopping the garlic very finely sprinkle some salt to it and mash with the side of a wide knife (push down and mash sideways) till it looks like a paste. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
