Ingredients
4 ripe bananas, mashed2 eggs, beaten2 cups flour3/4 cup sugar1 tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. grease a 8&1/2x4&1/2x2&1/2 loaf pan. mix the mashed bananas and the beaten eggs in a large bowl. Add the flour, sugar, baking soda, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Stir until command. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
Makes 12 1inch thick slices
