orange chicken w/carrots

Ingredients
6 or 7 chicken thighs, skinned3-4 large carrots, cut diagonally4 oz orange juice2 tbl corn starch1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 cup chopped onion
Directions
heat oven to 350°
arrange chicken in 13x9 pan, sprinkle carrot slices on chicken.
mix orange juice, corn starch, salt and pepper and pour over chicken & carrots.
cover and bake 40 minutes.
remove cover and baste chicken with broth, sprinkle chopped onion on top
cover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until chicken is done.
