No-bake, low cal, Chocolate oat cookies with Splenda

Ingredients
3 cups oats4 Tbsp Cocoa1 cup sugar1 cup splenda1/2 cup milk1/2 cup butter1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine the oats and cocoa in a large bowl and mix until the oats is coated in cocoa.

In a non-stick saucepan, cook sugar, splenda, milk and butter together. Bring to a rolling boil, then time for about 1 minute and remove from heat.

Combine saucepan-mixture with oat- mixture immediately, by pouring the saucepan's contents over the oats-mixture. Add the vanilla and stir, then scoop spoons full over wax paper and allow to cool.

Makes around 30 decent sized cookies.
