Simple Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup 1% cottage cheese1 cup egg whites (equal to 5 egg whites)1 cup oat flour or 3/4 cup oatmeal1 serving protein powder (any flavor)1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Pour into a preheated griddle. Makes 8 large pancakes (about 6 inches in diameter)
