3 c large flake oats1.5 c whole wheat flour2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking powder & soda1/4 tsp salt3/4 Splenda1/4 c margarine (non-hydrogenated)1 egg1 egg white3/4 c applesauce2 tsp vanilla1 c dried cranberries
Mix dried ingredients in a bowl.
Mix butter, eggs, applesauce, vanilla into dried ingredients and fold in cranberries. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes 24 bars.
