Tandori Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast3 tbsp. Tandori spice3 tbsp. Greek plain yogurt3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice3 tbsp. rice vinegar (plain or original)
Directions
Remove all remaining fat from chicken and cut into small pieces - approx. 3 inch chunks. In a zipper-style plastic bag, add all remaining ingredients and shake to mix. Add the chicken and marinate in refrigerator - preferably 24hrs, but a minimum of 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty contents of bag into a glass casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes. Serves 8. Serve over couscous or rice, or with my Peas and Carrots and Couscous side.
