Payday Salad

1 bag of precut cabbage (slaw cut)1/4 cup sliced almonds1/4 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup pecan halves8 ounces baby shrimp1 cup green peas2 bunches fresh green onion chopped1 package of ramen noodles (crushed) toss away the seasoning packet.dressing: 1/4 cup rapberry blush vinegar2 tablespoons sugar
Makes 3/4 cup servings
I use frozen baby shrimp and frozen peas and allow to defrost. I mix the ingredients together. Then I mix the dressing - shaking/stirring the vinegar and sugar together until the sugar is dissolved. Then sprinkle over salad and toss.
Very fresh and light tasting. Excellent salad for when you want to taste something that reminds you of spring.
