1 (2.5 to 3 pound) whole chicken, quartered or 2 split chicken breasts (bone in, no skin)1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots4 potatoes, peeled and sliced3 ribs celery, sliced1 onion, peeled and sliced1 cup Zesty Light Italian salad dressing2/3 cup chicken broth (99% fat free)
1. Rince, dry and place chicken quarters in sprayed 6-quart slow cooker with carrots, potatoes, celery and onions.
2. Pour salad dressing and chicken broth over chicken and vegetables.
3. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours, or on High for 3-4 hours.
