4 cups Nopales, cooked, cut into small cubes. 1 cup chopped raw onion1 cup chopped raw red tomato1 Serrano Chile pepper1 tsp salt2 tsp black pepper1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Mix everything into a large glass bowl.

Serve cold with some tostada shells.
