Kim's Chicken Quinoa Stir-fry

Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts1 1/4 cup cooked quinoa3 Tbsp. olive oil1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)2 cups broccoli (cut into small chunks)15-16 baby carrots (julienned)yellow bell pepper (1/2 cut into thin long strips)3 Tbsp. barbeque sauce2 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. tamari sauce1/4 tsp. sesame oil (optional)dash red pepper flakes1/4 tsp. garlic powder (or mince 2 fresh cloves)
Directions
Saute the vegetables in 1 Tbsp of the olive oil. Set aside. Cook the chicken in the remaining 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Add in the sauces, garlic and red pepper flakes. Add in the quinoa. Finally, add the vegetables. Give it a good stir and serve immediately.
