1 1/2 c water2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1/2 tsp ginger2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp agave1/3 c rice vinegar1/2 tsp garlic minced1/4 c orange juice1 tbsp grated orange zest2 tbsp onion2 boneless skinless chicken breast1 c flour1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
place sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Place chicken pieces and one cup of sauce in a ziplock bag, seal and refrigerate for 2 hours. In another ziploc bag, place dry ingredients and marinated chicken pieces, seal and shake to coat. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large pan and brown chicken on all sides. Remove chicken and clean pan. place remaining sauce and heat adding 3 tbsp cornstarch and 2 tbsp water to thicken. add chicken and simmer intil all is heated through
