Mexican Hamburger (patties)

Ingredients
2lb (32oz or 900g) Ground Beef (90% lean)1/2 cup Ketchup1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp black pepper1 tsp Chili powder1tsp ground cumin,1 tsp Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
Directions
Combine all ingredient carefully in med mixing bowl. Do not over mix or handle ground meat as it makes it tough. Form mixed meat into 8 large patties and grill for 8-10 minutes per side. Do not flip very often as this will cause patties to break. internal temp should be 170F when done.

Serve with buns (or beside rice as I do) , top with guacamole (1 ripe avocado mashed with 1/4 cup salsa) tomato lettuce or cheese as desired. (this is optional and not included in nutritional data.
