Ingredients
4 cups grated beets1 cup grated coconutcumin powder-1 tspchilli powder-1 tspturmeric and salt -just a pinch
Directions
Grate the beets and then pop mustard seeds(1 tsp) in a pan in olive oil.Then add the beets,cumin,chilly powder and all other spices.Stir till cooked but firm and the n add the coconut till fully cooked.Enjoy!
