Asian Chicken Salad

1 bag shredded angel hair cabbage2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (boil and chop)1 pack of Ramon Noodles, Chicken flavor or Oriental flavor (break them up)1/4 cup sliced almondsDressing:1/3- 1/2 cup veg. oil (less oil is healthier)3 TB white vinegar2 TB splenda1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp Lowery's seasoning saltRamon Noodle season packet
Boil chicken until thoroughly cooked and chop or dice.
Combine chicken, cabbage, ramen noodles and almonds in large bowl.
Mix dressing and pour over cabbage mixture. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for a few hours. It's best if you make it the night before and let it soak in overnight.
For low sodium option, use a seasoner like Mrs. Dash that has no salt. I sometimes add a small amount of shredded red cabbage for color.
