Fruit Cocktail Splenda Jello Cake

Flour Self-rising, 2 cup Del Monte Very Cherry Mixed Fruit No Sugar Added 14.5 oz can Splenda Sugar Blend, 3/4 cup Egg Beaters 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract, Great Value (1 tsp),Great Value - Coconut - Sweetened Flakes 1/4 cup Cherry Jello - Sugar Free, 4 serving box Boiling Water 1 cup
Mix all ingredients except Jello and water. Pour into greased or sprayed 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Let cake cool for 15-20 minutes. Mix Jello with 1 cup boiling water and mix til dissolved. Poke holes in cake with 2 prong serving fork every 1/2 inch. Pour Jello over cake evenly, chill in frig 2-3 hours. Makes 12 servings, may also add Cool whip when serving, add calories for that as they are not included in recipe calculations.
