Garlic Sauteed Kale

Ingredients
2 Cups of chooped Fresh KaleCrushed Garlic (I used Gourmet Garden Galic Blend)1/2 tbsp Balsamic VinegarOlive Oil Cooking Spray (I used Filippo Berrio Salad and Vegetable Spray)
Directions
Heat oil and garlic in a skillet

Add Kale and sautee until wilted but still bright green

Remove from heat

Drizzle with Vinegar

You can try this with other greens such as fresh spinach or broccoli!
