Sweet Potato with corn and beans burrito

Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes1 can corn1 can black beanschopped cilantro and seasonings to tastecheese if desiredpico de gallo
Directions
Bake the sweet potatoes. Once cooled mash the sweet potatoes. Add a can of corn, a can of black beans, seasonings to taste to the mashed potatoes. Cilantro, pico de gallo, and cheese make great toppers, but none are included in the recipe.
I filled each medium corn tortilla with a half a cup of the mixture and had about 10 burritos.
