Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removeedHoney, 1 tbspYellow Mustard, 10 grams Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 15 grams Olive Oil, 1 1tspIceberg Lettuce (salad), 10 grams*Heinz Worchestershire sauce, 1 servingSalt, 5 gramsPepper, black, 5 grams Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice
Directions
Marinate chicken in oil, w.sauce & rosemary and grill properly.
Toss it properly in honey mustard dressing.
Arrange lettuce,cheese & grilled chicken on one piece of bread.
Top it with other piece of bread.
