Ingredients
Chili powder, 2 tsp (remove)Beans, navy, 1 cup (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove)*Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Boil rice, when soft add in navy beans, and spices. Cook for 5 minutes. Take off heat, stir, cover and refrigerate. Do not reheat. Eat cold.
