1- Starkist " low sodium Albacore white tuna envelope1- chopped cucumber1-chopped red tomato the harder the tomato the better i use smallcouple leaves of spinach washed and choppedcouple of lettuce leaves choppedboil 1 or two eggs hard boiledand chop them in slices and add too salad..optional - dressing that has hardly no calories recommended by dietitian- 1 tbsp- mustard-1 tbsp fresh lemon mix and that's dressing..
All you really have too cook is boiled eggs i just eat one boiled egg u can add two... i boil them earlier during day that way by lunch time i don't have too wait...
You buy Starkist "low sodium" it says low sodium in red and white big letters on envelope
its in water of course omega three
cut your veggies
cucumber.. spinach lettuce tomato..
and there you go you can add some light dressing i use a table spoon of mustard with tablespoon of lemon it replaces dressing and does not gain weight its a suggestion from dietitian...
I eat this every mid day... this or u can also try this but with a toasted bread whole wheat bread and put all the tuna on top...
