Sunrise smoothie

Ingredients
I banana 1/2 cup frozen mango1/2 cup frozen pineapple1 cup fresh cantaloupe, cubed1/2 fat free plain yogurt1 cup calcium enriched OJ
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender or a large cup if using an immersion blender. Blend until smooth.

This recipe makes about 3 cups. I drink all 3 cups but you could divide until smaller servings if desired.
