Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey breast1/2 large onion - finely chopped2 fresh garlic cloves1 can (15 oz) black beans - rinsed and drained1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans - rinsed and drained1 can (12 oz) corn1 large can (29 oz) diced tomatoes2 c. water1 small green pepper diced1 small red pepper diced1 small yellow pepper diced7 oz diced green chilies1 T. chili powder1 t. ground cumin1/2 t. cayenne pepper1 t. salt1 t. black pepper
Directions
Ground the turkey over medium heat with garlic until no longer pink. Combine with all other ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours. Remove lid and quickly stir halfway through.
