Martha's Easy & Tasty Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
2 Cups of Black Beans 1 Large Egg1 Medium Onion, quartered 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats1 Tsp Chili Powder
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender/food processor and mix until consistent texture

Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes

With wet hands form patties and refrigerate for another 10 minutes - if you have time

Cook over medium heat in skillet - either coat with a little olive oil or non stick spray

Lett cook on each side for two to 6 minutes, then turn - if you turn too much they tend to fall apart.

Top with usual burger toppings and enjoy!!
