two pkgs of Uncle Ben's ready rice whole grain Santa Fe, 10 ozs. chicken breast cubed, one whole onion rough chop sauted in 1 tbsp olive oil. Stir ingredients together and fill four bell peppers and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
