Broccoli Chicken Divan

Ingredients
1 bag frozen broccoli florets1 1/2 cups cooked chicken meat, sliced or cubed1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup1/2 cup canned evaporated milk1/2 cup water1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese2 sliced white bread, toasted and crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cook frozen broccoli until tender. Drain.
Place the cooked broccoli in a 9 x11 casserole dish. Top with the chicken. Mix the soup, water, and milk, and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.

    I liked it but feel I should have doubled it. It'd be nice if it said how big of a bag of broccoli too. I had to substitute sour cream for the evaporated milk since I realized too late that I bought condensed milk by mistake, but it worked out in the end. - 2/24/15
