Mixed salad with Tahini Dressing

Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded (remove)Beets, fresh, 1 beet (2" dia) (remove)Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, sliced (remove)Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 6 serving (remove)Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated (remove)*Epic Roots Mache Mix Salade Aux Herbes, 4 oz (remove)Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz (remove)*Tahini Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Make Tahini Salad Dressing:
4 Tbsp Tahini
4 Tbsp Water
Juice of half a lemon
1 glove of garlic
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare salad greens and veggies and add dressing and toss
