Savory Simple Sauteed Red Cabbage and Mushroom

Ingredients
Red cabbage, 1/2 head, sliced into thin strips and dicedButter, 3 TbspBalsamic vinegar, 1/2 TbspShitake mushroom, 1/2 cup dried volume, rehydrate (rehydrate by letting them sit in a bowl of water for 3-4 minutes, then squeeze to drain a bit before adding to recipe)
Directions
Sautee red cabbage in butter and balsamic vinegar for 5-10 minutes on medium heat until chewy but slightly crunchy. Meanwhile in a separate pan sautee mushroom for 5-10 minutes on medium low heat. Combine and serve.
