Chicken Thai Fried Rice

Ingredients
*White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup *Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 6 oz Egg white, 2 serving Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Fish Sauce, .75 tbspLime Juice, .5 lime yieldsSoy Sauce, 2 tbspThai Chili Sauce, 1 tbspGarlic, 1 clove
Directions
1. Prepare Rice the night before and refrigerate overnight.
2. Heat Wok until it is very hot
3. Add Olive Oil and Chicken, cook chicken and set aside.
4. Add Egg whites, cook and set aside
5. Add Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce, and Garlic, let cook until fish smell disappears.
6. Add Rice, cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Add Onion, Mushrooms, Garlic, and Thai Chili Sauce, cook until veggies are done.
8. Serve and enjoy
