Paulette's Favorite Egg Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
3 large eggs, hard boiled, cooled, peeled, and chopped 2 2 Tbsp. chopped celery1 Tbsp. chopped onion3 Tbsp. Hellman's Low Fat Mayo2 Splenda packets1/4 tsp. ground paprika1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes6 slices Village Hearth 12 Grain Light Bread
Directions
Boil eggs, cool and refrigerate overnight for easier peeling. Chop eggs, onion and celery. Stir in mayo, Splenda, paprika, and parsley. Divide eveninly on 3 slices of bread and top with other 3 slices. Cut, serve and enjoy! Makes 3 sandwiches.
