Almond flour, 2 cup Splenda, 1.5 cup Egg, fresh, 4 jumbo Guar Gum, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Unsalted Butter .5 cup1/3 less fat cream cheese 4 oz
combine softened cream cheese, butter, and splenda together first, then add in one egg (Room Temp) at a time till well mixed. In seperate bowl combine flour, guar gum (if you don't have you can make it without) and baking powder. mix well then add half the dry to the wet and mix well then the other half and continue mixing. Pour into a well greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 70 min or until tooth pick comes out clean
