Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
* *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove) * Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove) * *LO Salt (low sodium high potassium) (UK) (a pinch weighs 0.25 grams), 0.25 gram(s) (remove)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients first, add milk, eggs and finally vanilla. I add a splash of lemon juice to the milk to make it like buttermilk, cinnamon and nutmeg are a nice addition too.

Cook .5 cup at a time, letting one side bubble up before flitting. I use a good nonstick pan and 1 calorie spray. It's the toppings that can make this unhealthy.
