Crockpot Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
2.5 cups Steel Cut Oats or other Grain Cereal6 cups water3/4 cup half and half1/3 cup raisins1/4 cup craisins1/2 cup nuts (chopped)CinnamonNutmegVanilla
Directions
In crockpot, mix together, 1 1/2 cups oats, water, half and half, raisins, craisins cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Cover and turn on Low to cook overnight. In the morning add remaining cup oats and nuts (optional) and turn crockpot on High and cook for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours. (Note - to cut fat grams in half, omit the nuts.) Makes 16 1/2 cup servings.
