Fiber Egg Dish

Ingredients
* Beans, black, 1 cup drained * Red Potato , 1 large * Turkey Ham, 1 thick slice * Onions, raw, 1 small chopped * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Egg, fresh, 5 large eggs * Milk, 1%, 2 tbsp * Salt, 1 dash * Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Heat Olive oil in pan, add onions and potatoes. cook for 5-10 minutes. add turkey ham and cook for 5 more minutes. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Add to pan. then add black beans. Cook on medium-low for 5 minutes.
