Ingredients
* *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove) * 93% Lean Ground Beef, 12 oz (remove) * brown rice (1 cup cooked), 2 serving (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove) * Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Halve peppers lengthwise. Combine next 5 ingredients & 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Place peppers in 9x11 casserole dish. Pour remaining tomato sauce over the peppers.
