Ingredients
2 C. Sugar3 C. Flour2 tsp Baking Soda6 tbsp Cocoa2 tsp Vanilla2 tbsp Vinegar2/3 C. Vegetable Oil2 C. WaterCombine all ingredients in large bowl. Use mixer until smooth. Pour into ungreased 9" by 13" pan. Bake at 375 for 30 mins., or until toothpick comes out clean.For cupcakes, check repeatedly after 20 mins.
